水平井螺杆钻具的受力特征

CHARACTERISTIC OF FORCE APPLIED ON POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT DRILL IN HORIZONTAL DRILLING

  • 摘要: 了解和掌握水平井螺杆钻具的受力特征,是正确设计和使用水平井导向动力钻具的基础。文中针对定向钻进和导向钻进两种不同工况,分别讨论了钻具的弯曲、扭转、转子离心惯性力、转子轴向力和轴承载荷、稳定器处的松扣力矩、钻头速度分析、井眼扩径情况和钻头侧向力的分布等,给出了相应的计算公式,并结合现场发生的一些现象,从理论上给出了解释。

     

    Abstract: Understanding and acquisition of force characteristic on positive displacement drill are essential to correct design and application of steering power drill in horizontal drilling. For two different conditions in directional drilling and steering drilling, this paper discusses drilling tool buckling,twinsting,centrifugal inertia force of rotor,axial force of rotor, bearing load,back off moment at stabilizer, bit speed analysis,borehole enlargement and side force distribution of bit. Corresponding calculation equations and theoretical explanation for some field phenomena are presented.
