地应力与油层改造方案

EARTH STRESS AND OIL RESERVOIR REMAKING PROJECT

  • 摘要: 从理论上系统地探讨了地应力与油层改造方案的关系,提出用地应力指导油层改造方案的技术原理、技术原则和方法,指出水力裂缝的形态取决于地应力的大小和方向;施工泵压将随最小水平主应力的增大而增大,并对支撑剂的强度及导流能力等的要求也越高;地应力大小影响压裂液性能的选择;施工排量与最小主应力呈正比关系。详细分析了隔层、射孔段的应力差对裂缝高度、增产效果及施工规模的影响,对提高油层改造的技术水平有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper discuses the relations between earth stress and oil reservoir remaking project in terms of theory, puts forward the technical principles and methods of using earth stress to direct the remaking of oil reservolr, points out:the shape of hydraulic fracture depends on the scale and direction of earth stress;with the increase of the minimum horizontal main stress, the operating pump pressure will increase, the demands on the strength of propping agent and the flow conductivity will be more high;the scale of earth stress affects the selection to fracturing fluid;the operating pump discharge capacity should be in direct proportion to the minlmum main stress. This paper also analyzes in detail the effects of the stress differential of the barriers and perforation intervals on the fracture height, stimulation effect and operating scale.
