低渗储层自生热压裂改造技术

AUTOGENETIC HEAT FRACTURING TECHNIQUE FOR LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVOIRS

  • 摘要: 自生热压裂技术是应用化学药剂代替压裂前置液以提高压裂返排率和油井产能的低渗透储层压裂改造技术。从自生热压裂技术原理、室内药剂优选试验及施工工艺上论述了自生热压裂工艺的可行性,并结合现场试验对自生热压裂取得的降低污染、提高产能效果进行了分析,得出:自生热压裂改造技术能提高压裂液返排率,减小地层污染;能提高渗流能力,增加产能。

     

    Abstract: Autogenetic heat fracturing technique, which replaces fracturing pad fluid with chemicals in order to increase the backflow volume of fracturing fluid and the oil well productivity, is a technique used for remaking the low permeability reservoirs. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the technique in terms of its principle, indoor chemicals optimum experiment and construction technology. This paper also analyzes the effect of decreasing contamination and increasing productivity achieved by autogentic heat fracturing with the help of field test. The paper finally concludes that the autogenetic heat technique can enhance the backflow rate of the fracturing fluid, reduce the formation contamination, increase the percolation capability and the productivity.
