强电流脉冲放电对套管的影响探析

EFFECT OF PULSE DISCHARGE OF STRONG CURRENT ON CASING

  • 摘要: 井下强电流脉冲放电解堵技术是一种有效的物理法油、水井增产增注技术。该技术具有能量储存时间较长、瞬间释放能量大的特点。介绍了该技术井下放电解堵原理、放电对套管的作用。通过强电流套管损伤试验和套管磁粉探伤试验,定量地分析了强电流脉冲放电对套管的影响程度,初步得出结论:目前国内外井下放电设备对套管产生的冲击波强度都不会损伤套管。

     

    Abstract: Plug removal by downhole pulse discharge of strong current is an effective physical stimulation method for producers and injectors. The technique is characterized by long time energy storage and instantaneous large energy release. This paper introduces the plug removal principle of this technique and the effect of electric discharge on casing. Preliminary conclusion was drawn from 2 tests:the shock wave produced by downhole electric discharge equipment can not injure the casing both at home and abroad at present.
