一种钻头选型新方法研究

RESEARCH ON A NEW METHOD FOR TYPE-SELECTION OF BIT

  • 摘要: 钻头评价新方法研究为钻头选型开辟了一条新途径。通过对大量钻头使用资料分析,建立了钻头效益指数模型。它是根据钻头进尺、机械钻速、钻头成本三个因素的综合指标评价钻头的使用效果,指出这种方法与钻头每米成本评价方法总体是一致的。但该方法充分体现了钻头带来的近期效益和远期的潜在效益。利用该模型对渤海油田平原组、明化镇组和馆陶组地层所使用的钻头进行评价,并进一步优选出该地层的钻头类型16种,经现场初步应用,取得了较好的效益。

     

    Abstract: The benefit exponential model of bit was set up by analyzing a great number of working information of bit. The application effect of bit can be evaluated by the model according to the aggregate indexes of three factors such as the footage of bit, penetration rate and bit cost. It showed that this new method had no difference with the evaluation method of bit cost per meter overall. But the new one showed the henefit fully. Using the model, the bits in the formation of Bohai oilfield can be evaluated. 16 kinds of bit were optimized. After the on-site application, good economic benefit were obtained.
