电杆越泵加热技术试验及应用

TEST AND APPLICATION OF CABLE-IN-ROD THROUGH PUMP HEATING TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 电杆越泵加热技术是把整筒抽油系改制成空心环流抽油泵,把空心抽油杆直接穿越过泵下到泵下一定深度,电缆下入空心杆中,利用集肤效应原理,同时对泵上、泵下及泵体内的原油加热,降低原油粘度及原油入泵阻力,提高油井产量。该技术解决了特稠油、超稠油入泵难的难题,是开采深层特稠油、超稠油这类无法动用油藏的一种切实可行的采油工艺方法。

     

    Abstract: The principle of the cable-in-rod through pump heating technique is:refit the conventional well pump into hollow annular flow one, let hollow rod directly pass through the pump to get to a certain depth underneath it, and then place a cable in the hollow rod, thus, by means of skin effect, the crude oil above, below and in the pump is heated, the crude oil viscosity and the resistance of it into the pump are reduced, the oil output of the well is enhanced. This technique is successful in filed test, and has become the necessary oil producing technology in development of the field with extra viscous crude oil.
