降压解堵排酸技术的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF PLUG AND ACID REMOVAL THROUGH PRESSURE DECREASING

  • 摘要: 针对油田注入水水质差和各种改造措施等造成的近井地带污染堵塞,以及油井酸化后排酸效果差等问题,根据液体喷射原理研究出一种既能对地层堵塞进行降压解堵、又能对酸化井进行降压排酸的降压解堵排酸技术。介绍了该技术的井下管柱组成、工具结构特点、选井条件、工艺原理,并对现场应用的总体情况和应用效果进行了综合分析与对比。经大量的现场应用证明:降压解堵排酸技术能有效地排出地层中的残酸、酸反应物以及各种堵塞杂质,减少地层污染,提高地层渗透能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems such as near well bore plug resulted from poor water injected and various kinds of remaking measures, poor acid discharge effect after acidizing and so on, a technology was studied based on jet principle, which, through pressure decreasing, not only could remove the formation plug, but also could discharge acid into wells. This paper introduced the special structure of tools,. down-hole strings, well selecting conditions, working mechanism and field application results. The field application showed that the technology could effectively drain off near well bore residual acid, acid reaction product and various kinds of plugging impurity, and thus improved permeability of the formation.
