冀东油田稠油井酸化解堵技术研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF PLUG REMOVAL THROUGH ACIDIZING IN VISCOUS OIL WELLS OF JIDONG OIL FIELD

  • 摘要: 在认真研究储层特征及伤害机理的基础上,根据室内试验结果,采用注有机溶剂前冲洗地层,然后进行土酸酸化解堵的工艺方法,成功地解决了冀东油田稠油井酸化的难题,现场应用58井次,有效42井次,有效率72.4%,截至1996年12月累计增产原油121532t,获得了好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of earnestly studying reservoir characteristics and damage mechanism, based on the lab test results, adopted the technology of that preflushing formation before injecting organic solvent, and then removing plug using mud acid to acidize, the problem of acidizing viscous oil well in Jidong oil field was successfully resolved. The technology was used on site for 58 times. The effective times were 42, the effective ratio was 72. 4%. By December 1996, the accumulated incremental oil was 121532 t, good economic benefit was achieved.
