机械采油井井口压力确定方法研究

AN APPROACH FOR DETERMING WELLHEAD PRESSURE OF ARTIFICIAL LIFT WELL

  • 摘要: 机械采油井井口压力与诸多因素有关,其大小对地面油气集输系统投资、能耗和采油系统功率消耗有较大影响。为使总体效益达到最佳,综合考虑集输系统和采油系统,以集输系统的投资、能耗和采油系统的功率消耗最小为目标函数,以采油井井口压力、集油管线温度、掺水管线的温度和压力、管径取值范围为约束条件,建立了整体优化数学模型。该模型属非线性规划问题,可采用直接序列二次规划法进行求解。所编制的软件用于实际,可减少投资和能耗。

     

    Abstract: Wellhead pressure of artificial lift well is related to many factors, it has a larger effect on the investment and energy consumption of surface oil and gas gathering system and on the power consumption of oil producing system. In order to achieve the optimum overall benefit, the authors took the minimum investment and energy consumption of the gathering system and the minimum power consumption of the oil producing system as target functions, took the wellhead pressure of artificial lift well, the temperature of the oil gathering pipeline, the temperature and pressure of the water mixing pipeline, and the pipe diameter as constrained conditions, formulated an integrally optimized mathematical model which can be solved by use of direct sequence secondary programming method. Practical application of the software will reduce investment and energy consumption.
