煤层气井取煤心技术探讨

DISCUSS ON COAL CORING TECHNOLOGY FOR COAL-BED GAS WELLS

  • 摘要: 由于煤层具有特殊的物理、力学性质,以及煤层气井对煤心采样的特殊要求,致使常规石油钻井取心工具和工艺无法适应煤层气井的取煤心作业,取心收获率只有30%左右。为了解决常规取心工具取煤心困难、煤心质量差、收获率低的问题,引进了绳索式取心工具,经煤层气试验井的现场实践,出心速度快(15~20min)、收获率高(80%以上),基本满足了煤层气井取煤心要求。

     

    Abstract: Coal-bed has special physical and mechanical properties and coal-bed gas well has special requirements for coal coring. So conventional coring tool and technology can not meet the coring operation of coal-bed gas well and its core recovery is only about 30%.In order to solve the problems of difficult coring operation, bad quality of coal core and low core recovery, wire line coring tools were used. The field practice in coal-bed gas test wells showed that using wire line coring tool can get quick coring rate(15~20min) and high core recovery(more than 80%). The tool can basically meet the coring requirement of coal-bed gas well.
