一种旋转导向工具设计方案及其旋转导向功能的实现

A KIND OF DESIGN PROPOSAL FOR ROTARY STEERING TOOL AND FULFILLMENT OF ITS ROTARY STEERING FUNCTION

  • 摘要: 导向工具是导向钻井系统的核心,是实现井下闭环钻井的关键因素之一。旋转导向工具能克服滑动导向工具存在的诸多缺陷,是大幅度提高钻井工作能力的有效工具,必将成为未来导向钻井的主流。文中提出了一种旋转导向工具设计方案,并对其实现旋转导向的机理进行了深入研究。作者认为,这种导向工具设计方案不但能够实现旋转导向力方向和大小的有效控制,而且结构简单,可靠性好。

     

    Abstract: Steering tools are essential part of steering drilling system and one of key factors for fulfilling downhole closed-loop drilling. The rotary steering tool can overcome many disadvantages of sliding steering tool. It is the useful tool which can improve drilling capacity greatly and will become the main tool of future steering drilling. This paper presented a design proposal of rotary steering tool and studied its mechanism in detail. The results showed that the proposal can not only control the direction and value of rotary steering force effectively, but it has a simple structure and high reliability.
