红9-1浅层大位移定向井钻井技术实践

DRILLING TECHNOLOGY FOR SHALLOW LAYER, EXTENDED REACH DIRECTIONAL WELL HONG 9-1

  • 摘要: 红9-1井是一口浅层大位移定向井,位于大港油田北大港构造带北翼的红湖构造上,设计垂深1150m,位移1668m,委深位移比为1:1.45。剖面为三开四段制,造斜点260m,655m时造斜结束,最大井斜76.22°,稳科至1392m,然后降斜至井底2300.58m,井斜角61°,是国内陆地上第一口浅层大位移井。由于地层浅,井斜角大,斜井段长,井眼轨迹控制、套管下入及测井都有很大难度,通过优化设计与施工,仅用16d14h的钻井周期钻定设计井深并加深82.58m,现已顺利交井。文中主要介绍了施工过程及钻井技术。

     

    Abstract: Well Hong 9-1 is a shallow layer, extended reach directional well, which located at Honghu structure, north limb of Bei Dagang structure belt in Dagang oilfield. Its design vertical depth is 1150m, the displacement is 1668m and vertical depth/displacement ratio is 1:1. 45. The well is of "four sectional system" profile. The highest deviation angle is 76. 22°, kickoff point is placed at 260m. Deviation ended up at 655m, 655~1392m is the main tain angle section. Drop-off hole angle started at 1392m and stopped at the bottom hole(2300. 58m), the final deviation angle is 61°. Well Hong 9-1 is the first shallow layer,extended reach directional well onshore in China. It is very difficult for well trajectory control, casing running and well logging due to shallow layer, high deviation angle and long deflecting section. With the optimization design and operation, it took only 16d 14h to drill through the design well depth and 82. 58m were further deepened. The job execution process and drilling technology were mainly introduced.
