采气井超声波雾化排液原理探讨

EXPLORATION OF ULTRASONIC WAVE ATOMIZATION DRAINING PRINCIPLE IN GAS PRODUCING WELL

  • 摘要: 提出了气井排液的一条新思路,即利用超声波雾化原理结合采气工艺中的临界流速理论,推导出一个新的声波振动频率与临界流速的关系式,从而建立起实用的确定超声波换能器声振动频率范围的图版,验证了超声雾化应用于气井排液的可行性,为设计专门应用于气井排液的超声雾化器奠定了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: offered a new thought of draining in gas producing well, that is, utilized the ultrasonic wave atomization principle, cornbined it with the critical flow velocity theory in the gas producing technology, derived a new relation expression between sound wave vibration frequency and critical flow velocity, and then drew the typical curve graph which could be used to determine the sound wave vibration frequency domain of the ultrasonic wave transducer. Verified the feasibility of applying ultrasonic wave atomization to draining in gas producing well, and laid down the theoretical foundation for designing the ultrasonic atomizer specially used for draining in gas producing well
