油基动力液开式系统水力活塞泵采油方式后期采油工艺调整

OIL PRODUCING TECHONOLOGY ADJUSTMENT FOR THE OIL-BASE POWER LIQUID OPEN SYSTEM HYDRAULIC PISTON PUMP AT LATTER DEVELOPMENT STAGE

  • 摘要: 针对二连油田水力泵采油方式在油田开发后期出现的诸如因含水上升、细分层系、井数增加造成的动力液处理量增加、系统能力不足、老化油处理困难以及地下油藏动态监测不清等问题,在不考虑水基动力液及闭式系统的情况下,试验研究了老区水力泵井转换采油方式的多种技术工艺措施,最大限度地利用现有的工艺流程,实施抽油机井水力喷射进系统工艺、双管掺水工艺流程、螺杆泵井喷射进系统等技术,逐步克服了以上问题,为油田的高效开发提供了可靠的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems such as the increase of the power liquid treatment amount, the insufficiency of the system’s capacity, the difficulty of the aged oil treatment,the ambiguity of the underground reservoir performance monitoring and so on resulted from the uprising of the water cut, the fine delineation of the series of strata and the increase of the well numbers which occurred at the latter development stage of Erlian oilfield with the hydraulic pump production mode, under the condition of not considering water-base power liquid and close system, tested and studied many technologies of converting oil producing mode in hydraulic pump wells in the mature area. Maximally utilized the existing technology process, implemented the techniques such as hydraulic jet entering into the system in the well pumping unit well, admixing water with dual tube, hydraulic jet entering into the system in the screw pump well and so on, overcame the above problems gradually, and provided reliable technical means for the high efficient development of the oilfield.
