氟硼酸防砂技术研究及应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF SAND CONTROL TECHNIQUE WITH FLUOBORIC ACID

  • 摘要: 油井正常生产过程中,常伴随有粘土或粉细砂粒与粘土混合物产出,这些物质或沉积于井筒之中掩埋生产层段,或呈悬浮状悬浮于产出液中,造成深井泵卡泵和频繁修井。对此类地层出砂,用常规的防砂方法往往难以奏效,为此,根据氟硼酸酸化的特殊机理,研究了一种氟硼酸防砂技术,并在2口出砂井进行了试验,见到了较好的防砂效果,取得了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: ?During normal production of an oil well, it is often accompanied by the yielding of clay or the mixture of silt and clay, which deposits in the well bore to bury the productive interval or suspends in the yielding fluid in the form of suspension to result in the seizure of the deep well pump and the frequent well servicing. The conventional sand control method usually can not work for this kind of formation, therefore, based on the special mechanism of the fluoboric acidizing, a kind of sand control technique with fluoboric acid was studied and tested in 2 sand producing wells, and had achieved better sand control effect and obvious economic benefit.
