喷射泵的回压敏感性分析

BACKPRESSURE SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF JET PUMP

  • 摘要: 为预测喷射泵排出口回压的变化对工作特性的影响,根据喷射泵在一般条件的工作特性方程,导出了排出口回压敏感性参数X的计算表达式,绘制了回压敏感性曲线,并与布朗(Brown)的简化方法进行了对比,分析了摩擦损失系数和密度比对回压敏感性的影响。结果表明:布朗的简化方法在无因次流量比M较低的条件下准确度较好;摩擦损失系数和密度比对回压敏感性的影响很大。

     

    Abstract: In order to predict the influence of the back pressure change at the vent of the jet pump on the working characteristic, based on the working characteristic equation of the jet pump under general condition, derived the mathematics expression of the back pressure sensitivity parameter X at the vent, drew the back pressure sensitivity curve, compared it with Brown’s simplified method, analyzed the influence of friction loss factor and density ratio on the back pressure sensitivity. The results indicated:Brown’s simplified method had a better accuracy when the dimensionless flow rate ratio M was lower; the friction loss factor and the density ratio had a significant influence on the back pressure sensitivity.
