尾管碰压工艺在深井尾管固井中的实践

PRACTICE OF SET PLUG TECHNOLOGY IN DEEP WELL DRILLING LINER CEMENTING

  • 摘要: 尾管固井最大的缺点就是要钻水泥塞,为此,辽河石油勘探局钻井一公司和华北油田钻井研究院合作,进行碰压固尾管工艺的研究和深井现场试验,达到了固尾管后不留水泥塞的目的。文中介绍了尾管悬挂器的改进和碰压固尾管工艺,认为悬挂装置挂得住、倒得开、大小胶塞组合好、密封套密封好、能顺利提出,是碰压固尾管成败的关键;小钻杆通径、称重、测扭矩、计算收缩距等是成功的保证。

     

    Abstract: The biggest shortcoming of drilling liner cementing is to drill cement plug.As a consequence, the First Drilling Company of Liaohe oilfield, cooperated with the Drilling Research Institute of Huabei oilfield, did the research on set plug technology of liner cementing and conducted deep well field test. Then the purpose to cement liner without cement plug left was obtained. This paper introduced the improvement of extension hanger and set plug technology. It was thought that the key of cementing liner is to engage the hanger assembly outside casing, break-out and draw back easily, good plug combination and good sealing quality of seal boot. Drifting with small diameter drill pipe, weighing, measuring moment of torsion, calculating constriction distance and so on can guarantee a successful cementing job.
