石油旋冲钻井技术研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF ROTARY PERCUSSION DRILLING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 介绍了旋冲钻井技术的基本原理,对液动冲击钻具的结构设计、工作原理、性能测试、参数匹配进行了详细论述。实践证明,冲击和旋转联合作用的砂岩效果同纯旋转钻井相比,效率可提高40%~49.8%,中硬以上地层使用效果更加明显,同时可降低钻井成本,提高井身质量,减少井下事故。在软地层中,可通过调节冲击钻具的性能参数,适当提高转数、冲击频率,同样可提高机械钻速。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the basic principle of rotary percussion drilling technology. The structure design, operating principle, performance test and parameter matching of hydraulically operated percussion tools were discussed in detail. The field practice proved that the rock - breaking efficiency of rotary percussion drilling can be increased 40%~49, 8% in comparison with rotary drilling. For medium harder formation, its service effect was more obvious, it can also reduce drilling cost, improve the quality of well bore and decrease downhole accidents. in the soft formation, adjusting the performance parameters of percussion tools and increasing rotary speed and percussion frequency properly, then the penetration rate can be increased too.
