油水井套管爆炸扩径中有关理论分析

RELEVANT THEORETICAL ANALYSIS ON EXPLOSIVE CASING ENLARGEMENT IN WELLS

  • 摘要: 爆炸修井工艺是一项新技术,应用该技术既可修复套变井,也可修复错断井,极大地拓宽了修井范围。采用能量守恒法导出了套管爆炸扩径过程中扩径量与药量的关系式,通过地面模拟试验及现场试验给出了综合影响系数K的取值范围。通过数值模拟订算搞清了爆炸扩径过程中压力波的分布规律,为布药方式及引爆方式的选择提供了的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Explosive workover technology is a new technique. This technique can be used to repair either casing deformation wells or casing breaking wells, widen the range of workover greatly. The relational expression of diameter enlargement and dosage during explosive enlarging was derived by the way of the energy conservation. The value range of comprehensive influence factor K was given by the simulation test and field testing. The distribution law of pressure wave during explosive enlarging was clarified by numerical simulation. This provided theoretical basis for choosing the method of explosive arrangement anddetonation.
