一种油气层防漏堵漏材料的试验研究

THE LABORATORY STUDY OF A KIND OF MATERIAL USED FOR ANTILEAKAGE AND LOST CIRCULATION CONTROL OF OIL AND GAS FORMATION

  • 摘要: 防漏堵漏材料是产层防漏堵漏与保护油气层的关键。通过试验研究出一种适应油气层的防漏堵漏材料——XT堵剂,组分由4种材料组成,其中有不同粒度的颗粒材料,又有不同特性的纤维材料。试验结果表明,XT堵剂是一种高失水、高酸溶性暂堵剂,对钻井液性能影响很小,是产层较理想的防漏堵漏材料。

     

    Abstract: Antileakage and lost circulation controlling material is the key to the protection of oil and gas formation, antileakage and lost circulation control. Antileakage and lost circulation controlling material XT lost circulation additive suited to the oil and gas formation was developed in lab, It ls made up of four kinds of material, there are either some particles with different size or some fibers with different behavior in it. The lab results showed thatXT is a kind of temporary plugging agent with high water loss and acld-solubility and has little effect on properties of drilling fluid and it is an ideal antileakage and lost circulationcontrolling material for producing formation.
