偏心下部钻具组合力学性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE MECHANICS PERFORMANCE OF ECCENTRIC BOTTOM HOLE ASSEMBLY

  • 摘要: 使用自制的钻柱模拟试验架和测试装置对偏心下部钻具组合在直井中的力学特性进行了试验研究,分析了钻压、转速、弯接头的弯曲角度和扶正器对偏心下部钻具组合运动状态、钻头侧向力、钻柱扭转角的影响。研究结果对偏心下部钻具组合的理论研究和实际钻井作业有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The study of the mechanics performance for eccentric bottom hole assembly in vertical wells was conducted in lab with self-made drilling string test stand and installation. The effect of WOB, revolution, bending angle of bent sub and centralizer on the movement status of eccentric bottom hole assembly, side force of bit and torsional angle of drilling string was also analyzed. The results had a directive significance for theoretical study and actual drilling operation of eccentric bottom hole assembly.
