YS助剂可改善加重油基解卡液的动力稳定性

YS ADDITIVE IMPROVES DYNAMIC STABILITY OF WEIGHTED OILBASE SPOTTING FLUID

  • 摘要: 用几种解干粉配制,由重品石加重的油基解卡液,其流变性、动力稳定性和乳化稳定性差,用增加解卡粉用量的方法无法解决。通过添加YS助剂,改善解卡液的乳化稳定性和加重判在油中的分散性,提高油基解于液的粘度,最终达到提高其动力稳定性的目的,并对所有试验过程进行了详细论述。试验结果表明,加入YS助剂的解卡液,经8O℃、16h老化后。上下密度差明显减小,较好地解决了重晶石的沉降问题;而且助剂用量少。成本低、来源广,大大降低了解十粉用量,具有良好的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The spotting fluid prepared with existent commercial spotting fluid powders can not give a weighted spotting fluid with satisfactory rheology, dynamic stability and emulsion stability and the problem can not be resolved by increasing amount of spotting fluid powder. By adding a small amount of additive YS, the emulsion stability, the dispersion degree of weighting material (barite) in oil and the viscosity of the spotting fluid prepared were enhanced that results in high dynamic stability of the spotting fluid. The experiments showed that the density difference of the lower and the upper portions of the sample aged 80℃, 16 h was greatly reduced. YS additive is cheap and can be purchased easily in market, so this innovation will have good economic efficiency and bright applicable future.
