滩海多目标大位移延伸井的完井方法及固井工艺技术措施

COMPLETION METHOD AND CEMENTING TECHNICAL MEASURES OF SEA COAST AREA MULTI-TARGETS EXTENSION WELLS WITH GREAT DISPLACEMENT

  • 摘要: 在滩海多目标六位移延伸开的完井及固井过程中,通过合理安放套管扶正器,化进水泥及其外加剂,加之足管小钻杆的称重、测扭矩、延长水泥浆们化时间、控制注替水泥浆返途等工艺技术措施,保证了固并质量。详细分析了仙鹤8井φ3397mm表层团并、φ273mm技套固井、φ177.8mm技会固并和φ127mm尾管碰压团开的工艺过程,并对套管柱设计、套管扶正器设计、G601降失水利、G602胶联剂和H88缓凝剂配伍性试验等进行了探讨。通过综合运用各项团开工艺技术措施,初步取得大套管技套、常规套管深井技套、深井尾管碰压固井等在多目标大位移、大附加拉力情况下的注水泥作业经验。

     

    Abstract: The cementing quality of se coast area multi-targets extenslon wells with great displacement was assured through application of a series of technological measures such as rational locatlon of casing centrallzers, optimized selection of cement and cement addltives with assistance of weighing and torque measurement of liner-small size drill pipe, prolong lng thlckening effect of cement slurry, adjusting injection and return velocity of cement slurry. The technological process of cementing of φ339.7 mm surface casing, φ273 mm and φ177.8 mm technical casing and pressurized cementing of φ127 mm liner were analyzed and the design of casing string and casing centralizers and compatibility tests of G 601 filtra tion control agent, G 602 cross-linking agent and H 88 retarder were also studied in this paper. The experiences of cementing of great size technical casing, great depth regular size technical casing, deep well pressurized liner cementing in multi-targets wells with great dis placement and massive extra tension of casing were summarized.
