两口长裸眼井的钻井液工艺

DRILLING FLUID TECHNOLOGY OF TWO LONG OPEN HOLES

  • 摘要: 由于受钻井总投资的制约,晋古1-2、晋古1-3井减少技术套管的层次,使二开后φ241.3mm井眼的裸眼段分别长达3627.31m和3639.71m,尤其是晋古1-3井,在其裸眼段中还要进行定向井施工作业,故钻井液工作的难度非常大。根据地层岩性及钻井施工特点,要求钻井液除具有良好的抑制能力外,重点应解决防卡、防塌、携砂及防漏问题。提出了用聚合物钻井液体系、RH8501润滑剂和塑料球、磺化沥青防塌剂等一系列相应的技术措施,经现场应用基本上满足了钻井要求,并取得了一定的经验。

     

    Abstract: Intermediate casings in Well JinGu 1-2 and JinGu 1-3 were lessened because of the economic restriction, this made the open hole section as long as 3 627.31m and 3 639.71m. In particular, after φ241.3mm hole drilling, a directional drilling operation had to be designed to be done in open hole interval of Jingu 1-3, it was very difficult for drilling fluid. According to the lithology of formation and the characteristics of drilling operation, it was required that the drilling fluid had good capability of suppression, except this, mainly solve the problems of stucking prevention, hole sloughing prevention, prop pant-carrying and antileakage. This paper presented a series of appropriate technological measures of polymer drilling fluid system, RH8501 lubricant and plastic ball, sulfonated asphalt hole sloughing prevention and so on. These technologies can basically meet the drilling requirements after the field application, and experiences were also obtained.
