小颗粒水泥浆体系室内试验研究

STUDYING AND LABORATORY TESTING ON SLURRY PREPARED WITH SMALLPARTICLE CEMENT

  • 摘要: 对小颗粒水泥在不同温度、不同密度下的抗压强度、初终凝时间、稠化时间、流变性和稳定性进行了试验研究。结果表明,小颗粒水泥浆体系具有密度低、稳定性好、流变性好、初终凝时间短、早期强度发展快、水泥石抗压强度高等特点,其性能满足低压易漏地层的一次固井和封堵套管漏缝、堵水、封堵炮眼等挤水泥作业。

     

    Abstract: Study of compressing strength, initial and final solidification time, thickening time, rheology and stability of small particle cement with different density and at different temperature were conducted in lab. The results showed the slurry of small particle cement has some characteristics like low density, good system stability, good rheology, shortened initigl and final solidification time, quick development of initial strength and higher compressing strength of set cement and so on. It feet the requirements of the unique cementing operation of low parser formations that is easily accompanied by lost circulation and operations of cement squeezing for sealing casing fractures, water block and perforated holes.
