成对平行水平井钻井完井技术

DRILLING AND COMPLETION TECHNOLOGY OF THE PAIRED PARALLEL HORIZONTAL WELLS

  • 摘要: 辽河油田为开采杜84块超稠油,试验用水平井蒸汽辅助全力泄油,钻成一对平行水平井,杜84平1-1井为采油井,在下方;杜84平1-2井为注汽井,在上方。先钻下方的采油井,后钻上方的注汽井。两口井完钻井深分别为1214.00m和1189.00m,入靶点垂深分别为796.81m和760.51m,水平段长分别为325.53m和307.71m,2口井水平段垂直间距最大11.98m,最小10.43m,技术套管下入油层10~15m,完井管柱均采用φ168mmTBS筛管和φ177.8mm盲管,并用悬挂封隔器挂于技术套管鞋以上30m处。文中主要介绍了地质情况、井身结构设计原则、井身剖面设计要求、造斜段和水平段井眼轨迹控制技术等。

     

    Abstract: A pair of parallel horizontal wells were accomplished for the steam-assisted gravity drainage in order to exploitation Du 84 extra-viscous crude oil block in Liaohe Oilfield, Well Du 84 horizontal 1-1 is a production well (lower); Well Du 84 horizontal 1-2 is a steam injection well (upper). The production well was drilled first, then the injection well. The final true depth, the vertical depth of the target point, the length of horizontal segments were 1214.00m, 796.81m, 325.53m for the first well and 1 189.00m, 760.51m, 307.71m for the second one. The maximum and the minimum vertical interval between the horizontal section of the two wells were 11.98m and 10.43m. The intermediate casing was run into 10~15m of the reservoir, and φ168mm TBS screen pipe and φ177.8mm dead pipe were used for completion and were hanged at the depth of 30m below the intermediate casing shoe with the hook-wall packer. It were described for the geological condition, the design principle of casing program, the design requirement of well profile and the control technique of the hole trajectory in inclined section and horizontal section and so on.
