油井中后期出砂预测及防砂对策

SAND PRODUCTION PREDICTION AND CONTROL IN THE MIDDLE OR LATER PERIOD OF OIL PRODUCING

  • 摘要: 油井中后期出砂是老油田经常遇到的问题,这种出砂是较难处理的。出砂的原因是:油层孔隙压力降低,砂岩骨架被压碎;孔隙内介质变化使胶结物破坏;高流速下液体冲坏砂拱等。油井中后期出砂的预测是用岩石力学试验方法、测井及试井资料分析。防砂方法应采用大套管、高密度射孔完井,在出砂后宜用综合治理。

     

    Abstract: The sand production is a common problem in the middle or later period of oil well. The reasons for sand production include the decline of formation pressure, the clastic deformation of rock matrix, the breakdown of sand cementing matter and the washout of high speed fluid. The sand production in the middle or later period of oil well is predicted by the rock mechanics testing method and the well testing data analysis method, and is controlled by adopting large diameter casing and high density perforation well completion method. The oil well is brought under control by multiple measures after sand producing.
