旋转尾管固井工艺技术的研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY WITH ROTATING LINER

  • 摘要: 针对尾管环空间隙小、易贴井壁、岩屑沉积易堵憋等影响尾管固井质量的技术难题,在微台肩悬挂器的基础上研制出了花键多级轴承承载式旋转尾管悬挂装置和扶正器,实现了旋转尾管固并。在静北和杜家台复杂潜山油藏应用时,改变了液体流向,消除了钻井液"死区",分散了岩屑并减少了堵憋,使尾管与井壁之间形成了均匀优质的水泥环。

     

    Abstract: A rotating liner hunger and centralizer assembly of multistage bearing load support type were innovated in reference of micro-shoulder hunger to solve the problem of inferior quality of liner cementing. Using this device in cementing job in Jingbei and Dujiashan burial hill reservoirs, it changed the flow direction of the fluid, eliminated fluid dead zones, spread out cuttings, reduced cutting plugging effect and resulted in formation of a good and uniform cement mantle.
