破裂岩体中井壁稳定性分析

ANALYSIS OF BOREHOLE WALL STABILITY OF FRACTURED ROCK FORMATION

  • 摘要: 为了弄清破裂地层井壁失稳的力学原因和确定维持该地层井壁稳定所需的合理钻井液密度,本文将碎裂岩体在受力上假设为拟连续岩体,应用碎裂介质岩体力学理论和结构面莫尔-库仑强度准则,分析了井壁碎裂岩块的失稳机理。并根据井壁面岩块的极限稳定条件,建立了防止井壁岩块失稳的极限及井内钻井液柱压力模型。同时还计算分析了岩块的井壁切割面与径向交角以及结构面内摩擦角对岩块失稳深度和极限钻井液压力的影响,得出了一些具有参考价值的结论。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the mechanical reasons of loss stability of borehole wall off ractured rock formations and determine the rational drilling fluid density necessary for stabilizing the borehole wall of this kind formations, this paper analyzed the mechanism of loss stability of these fractured formations. The limit value of drilling fluid density for avoiding the borehole wall instability and the hydrostatic column pressure model were also determined in this paper. The influences of cutting sections of the formation rocks on the borehole wall, radial intersection angles and inner friction angles of the structural faces on the degree of loss stability and limit hydrostatic column pressure of the drilling fluid were also calculated and analyzed.
