影响水平井产量的主要因素与提高产量的途径

MAIN FACTORS EFFECTING OIL PRODUCTION AND WAYS ENHANCING OIL PRODUCTION IN HORIZONTAL WELL

  • 摘要: 系统分析了水平井井眼尺寸、井眼轨迹、水平井水平段长度和偏心距对水平井产量造成的影响。进一步研究了油藏的非均质性,不同驱动方式下水平井的位置,钻井液造成的地层伤害,几种不同的完井工艺和增产措施对水平井产量的影响。导出了水平井段最大长度计算公式,给出上述影响因素下在水平井生产中的可控制参数的合理选择,并提出了提高水平井产量的途径。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies systematically the effects of wellbore diameter, wellbore trace, horizontal section length and eccentricity on production of horizontal well. The further research on the effects of heterogeneity of oil reservoir, position of horizontal well for different drive manner, formation damage caused by drilling fluid, different well completion technologies and stimulation on production of horizontal well. This paper also derives the calculating equation of maximum length of horizontal section, presents the reasonable selection of controllable parameters, and points out the ways enhancing oil production of horizontal well.
