蒸汽注入过程中节点分析方法研究

RESEARCH ON NODE ANALYTICAL METHOD IN STEAM INJECTION PROCESS

  • 摘要: 蒸汽注入过程中,注汽沿线中的热损失和压降的大小与油藏注入能力之间存在着协调关系。本文建立起从地面管线、井筒到地层一体化的注入参数节点分析模型(NODE)。在考虑两相流特征和热传导的综合模型的基础上,结合地层注入能力自动完成注入参数节点分析过程。将计算结果与SPE文献提供的油田测试数据对比,吻合较好,验证了该模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The pressure drop and heat loss in steam injection pipeline has a harmonious relationship with reservoir absorption capability in steam injection process. A model of injection parameters node analysis is presented, which taking surface pipeline, wellbore and formation as a whole. Based on the comprehensive model of two-phase flow and heat transmission, it can make the node analysis on injection parameters in combination with the absorption capability of formation. The results tallies with that in SPE literature, thus the validity of this model is verified.
