云安7─1深侧钻定向井钻井工艺技术

SIDE TRACK DIRECTIONAL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN YUN’AN-1 WELL

  • 摘要: 位于川东高陡构造带的云安7井,因钻遇大断层倒转部位而被迫停钻。为实现勘探目标,从老井眼4000m处采用有线随钻测量仪、单点照相测斜仪侧钻,控制井身轨迹钻至井深5810m完钻,准确钻达地质目标靶区。该井是目前川东地区钻成的完钻井深双侧钻造斜点最深的定向井,取得了较好的技术经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: The drilling operations in Yun’an-1 well was interrupted because of confrontation of massive overthrust faults. In order to achieve the designed exploration purpose, a side track operation was conducted with cable measurement instrument and single shot instrument starting from the depth of 4,000 m to the final depth of 5,810 m. The target point designed was accurately shot. This was the deepest horizontal well in the Eastern area of Sichuan Basin. A better than before technical-economical results and social effects were obtained in this well.
