玻璃钢抽油杆接头连接用的胶粘剂研究

STUDY ON ADHESIVE FOR JOINT CONNECTION OF FIBER GLASS SUCKER ROD

  • 摘要: 研制了一种环氧树脂玻璃钢抽油杆与金属接头连接用的酸酐固化环氧树脂胶粘剂。讨论了该胶粘剂在不同条件下对粘接接头剪切强度的影响。用IRSEM和DTA表征了粘接接头固化温度、时间和固化程度的关系以及接头界面的破坏状态。介绍了玻璃钢抽油杆在油井中应用情况。

     

    Abstract: A kind of anhydride curing epoxy resin adhesive for connection of fiber glass sucker rod with metal joint is developed successfully.This paper discusses effects of adhesive properties on connection strength in different condition.IR,SEM and DTA are used to express the relation among curing temperature,time and degree as well as the damage state of adhesive interface.In addition,this paper gives an introduction on applications of fiber glass sucker rod in oil wells.
