水平井抽油加重杆柱设计方法

DESIGN METHOD OF WEIGHTING ROD IN HORIZONTAL WELL

  • 摘要: 本文首先分析了水平井中抽油杆柱的受力特点,讨论了水平井中抽油杆柱加重的位置与必要条件。应用纵横弯曲连续梁柱理论得到了求解带扶正器的抽油杆柱的轴力、弯矩和挠度计算公式;以修正的Goodman应力图为强度准则,并考虑杆柱刚度条件,提出了水平井中抽油杆柱加重设计的方法。最后给出了某油田1口井的抽油杆柱设计实例,说明了该万法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the stress feature of sucker rod string in a horizontal well,and discusses the necessity of weighting rod in horizontal.The method for calculating the axial force,bending moment and bending deflection sucker rod string with centralizer is obtained applying compressional-to-shear buckling continuous beam-string theory-The design method for sucker rod string with weighting rod is presented in this paper,which takes the modified Goodman stress diagram as strength design principle and considers the rigid conditions of rod string.A practical example is used to show its application method.
