Abstract: The QK18-1 project team of Bohai Oil Co.,undertaking the project manager system,has adopted lo complete sets of the most advanced drilling techniques in the wold.Those are the integrated well head,PDC bits for total depth,drillable floating collar and shoe to PDC bits,cementing without WOC,down hole steerable motor,drilling fluids for environment protection,rig free cementing logging,MWD logging,topdrive drilling,and new and high-efficient linear shaker.Three wells were drilled with average depth of 3,561m each,penetration rate of 29.46m/h and construction period of 18.83 days,where the shortest peried is only 13.31 days with couple of best records.
