斜井抽油扶正技术研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF SELECTION AND SPACING OF CENTRALIZER FOR SLANT WELL

  • 摘要: 磨损、杆柱脱扣、遇阻等是斜井生产中的普遍现象,是威胁斜井正常生产的主要原因。本文介绍了几种扶正工具及其特点,抽油杆和油管扶正器安放间距确定方法,为解决生产问题提供了切实可行的手段,在21口井的生产试验中取得良好效果,试验井免修期达到了试验前的1.8倍。

     

    Abstract: Wear,dropout and sticking of sucker rod are common problems in slant well.This paper introduces some centralizers,and presents the method for determining the spacing of sucker rod centralizer and tubing centralizer and the method for analysising the trafficability of sucker rod.Field application results show that the said techniques can solve the existing problems in slant well and improve the technological level of slant well.
