尾管插管固井工艺

LINER INNER PIPE CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 尾管固井用双胶塞时,易憋泵和替空;不用胶塞时,常常要上小钻具钻水泥塞,不论采用哪种方法,都要承担很大的风险。尾管插管固井工艺仍用尾管悬挂器,但在尾管原阻流环位置加有双作用阻流环总成,在悬挂器中心管下面接有插入管,可通到阻流环以下。注水泥时,水泥浆经插入管返至尾管环形空间,不与尾管内壁接触;注完水泥替钻井液时,插入管内要留200~300m水泥浆,然后将插入管提至阻流环以上,把水泥浆循环出来,保证不会替空,尾管内也不会留水泥塞。经现场应用,取得了很好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Using dual plugs or not,it is dangerous to build the pressure and over displacing in cementing or using small diameter drillstem to drilling slurry plug.Liner inner pipe cementing has solved the problems which using liner hanger with dual action choke ring assembly and connecting inner pipe under center pipe of liner hanger which through choke.When cementing,slurry flow through inner pipe and return annular space of liner not contacting with inner wall of liner.After cementing and replacing mud,remain 200-300 m slurry in inner pipe then lift inner pipe above choke ring and circulating slurry.The application in site shows reliable result in cementing.
