斜井与水平井套管扶正器计算的三弯矩方程解法

摘要: 套管扶正器的正确位置,是保证斜井与水平井固井质量的前提。在全面分析安装有多个扶正器套管柱的力学特性的基础上,采用了有初弯曲连续梁的力学模型,用初弯曲纵横弯曲梁理论和三弯矩方程组成的多元线性联立方程组,从理论上解决了斜井和水平井套管扶正器安装位置的正确计算方法,并修正了《API套管扶正器技术规范》(API Spec 10D)违背扶正器处套管变形连续性原理和我国原石油部部颁标准《SY5334-88套管扶正器间距计算推荐方法》认为扶正器套管转角为0的不妥作法。Abstract: The correct position of casing centralizer is important to improve quantity of cement in directional and horizontal well.On the basis of mechanics analyzing centralizers of casing,this paper presented a hew mechanics model to determine the position of casing centralizers in directional and horizontal well and viewpoint that is different with API standard.
