用表面活性剂控制蒸汽驱时注入蒸汽的流度

SURFACTANTS FOR MOBILITY CONTROL IN STEAMFLOODING APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 通过对不同类型表面活性剂热稳定性和降低蒸汽流度的测试,系统地研究了脂肪族α-稀烃磺酸盐的结构、分子量及浓度、蒸汽干度、非凝聚性气体和电解质对泡沫效率的影响;发现表面活性剂结构和分子量是影响蒸汽驱时注入蒸汽流度降低的重要因素,而其浓度仅影响有效泡沫的生成时间,对泡沫效率影响不大。一定量的非凝聚性气体,对提高蒸汽泡沫的效率也十分重要,而盐类对发泡效率产生不利影响。

     

    Abstract: Based on the testing results on thermal stability and ability to lower steam mobility of surfactants,this paper systematically studies the effect of structure,molecular weight and concentration of aliphatic α-olefin sulphonate,as well as steam quality,non-condensable gas,electrolyte on foam efficiency.It is found that structure and molecular weight of surfactant are the overriding paramerers to reduce steam mobility during steamflooding,and that the concentration has main effect on foam generation time and little effect on foam efficiency.The addition of small amounts of non-condensable gas is also very important on steam-foam efficiency.The presence of an electrolyte has some side-effects on foam efficicency.
