利用测井资料进行钻头选型

BIT SELECTION WITH LOG DATA

  • 摘要: 钻头选型是钻井施工的首要问题,岩石力学特性是进行钻头造型、制定钻进参数的重要依据。本文采用弹性力学理论建立起预测岩石力学特性的数学模型,利用测井资料可以预测岩石的牙轮钻头可钻性、PDC钻头可钻性、塑性系数、硬度、抗剪强度等参数,并建立全井连续剖面,从而对钻井作业起到重要的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: The bit selection is a main problem in drilling.The rock mechanical properties are important in bit selection and preparation drilling parameters.This paper gives a mathematic model of predicting rock mechanical property by the plastic mechanical theory with the log data.It can be predicted the rock drillability of cone bit,PDC bit,plastic factor,hardness,shearing strength etc.and the continue profile can be created,so these parameters have important guidance to drilling.
