无油管采油系统的研究及现场应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF TUBINGLESS PRODUCTION SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 介绍了无油管采油系统(无管系统)的结构原理,指出该系统具有消除油管柱伸缩量,提高泵效;降低抽油杆柱应力幅,改善其工作条件;减少单井投资及油井作业等特点。通过对实例的系统举升油液能力的计算,证明其结构合理可行,具有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: This paper gives an introduction for the construction and theory of tubingless production system,points out its advantages of eliminating the elastic deformation of tubing string,enhancing pump efficiency,lowering stress magnitude of rod string,improving working conditions,reducing individual-well invest and operation.The calculation results of practical example shows that system construction is reasonable and feasible,and it has a popularizing value.
