套管手镯式牺牲阳极防腐技术探讨

CASING CORROSION PROTECTION TECHNIQUE USING POSITIVE ELECTRODE RING

  • 摘要: 长庆油田洛河层水大、腐蚀性大、易漏失、难封固、套管外腐蚀速度快,使油井寿命大大降低。近期试验完井的新型套管防腐工艺,是随套管下入手镯式阳极与薄层有机涂层相结合的防腐技术,可延长套管寿命2~3倍,有很好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a new casing corrosion protection technique which combining positive electrode ring and a thin layer of organic coating.The corrosion technique adopted in Changqing Oilfield make casing working period stretch out 2 to 3 times.
