MTC设计用分散剂的研制及其对浆体流变性的影响

RESEARCHING OF DISPERSION ADDITIVE USED IN MTC AND ITS EFFECT ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTY

  • 摘要: 钻井液转化为水泥浆被称为MTC技术。首先介绍了有效分散剂SSMA的室内研制,并在实验的基础上,系统地探讨了分散剂及钻井液加量对MTC浆体的初始流动度、稠化时间的影响,且从机理上作了解释。对MTC的正确设计及施工,提出了相应的技术要求。

     

    Abstract: That drilling fluid converse with slurry is called MTC technique.This paper introduces the test of SSMA,a dispersion additive,and on the basis of test,it is discussed that dispersion additive and drilling fluid effect MTC slurry on initial mobility,thickening time and explain the mechanism.
