易漏长封固调整井前置低密度钻井液固井法

CEMENTION WITH LEADING LIGHTWEIGHT DRILLING FLUID FOR ADJUST WELL WITH LONG SEAL SECTION AND LOSS HAZARD FORMATION

  • 摘要: 中原油田为解决固长封固段调整井时易满和固井质量不高的问题,根据平衡压力固井原理,采用了前正低密度钻井液固井的新方法,使施工中环空压力明显低于双密度水泥固井法,防止了井漏;施工中采用标准密度水泥浆固井,保证了长封固段的封固质量。目前该方法已推广应用。

     

    Abstract: For solving the problems of lost circulation and poor cementing qualities in long seal section of adjust well in Zhongyuan oilfield,a new cementing technique was adopted that lead lightwight drilling fluid make annular pressure lower than dual densities cementing to prevent loss circulation from occurring.
