用微机完善注水泥设计

IMPROVE CEMENTING DESIGN BY COMPUTER TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 常规油井注水泥一直是凭经验进行设计,固井质量无可靠把握。若系统考虑影响固井质量的诸项因素,单凭人的经验是难以做到的。以注水泥流变学设计为基础,用微机从参数测定、水泥浆密度确定、流量选择、"U"型管效应控制、套管串居中等五个方面对常规注水泥设计加以完善,并在海外河油田的8口井应用,取得了设计速度快、内容全、科学准确、固井质量好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Due to conventional cementing is designed by rule of thumb,cementing quality can’t be assured.It is difficult to systematically consider the factors effecting cementing job only by experience.On the basis of rheological parameter of slurry in cementing,the measurement of slurry property,determining density of slurry,selecting displacement,controlling "U" type effect and centralizing casing strings is performanced by means of computer to design that applicated in eight wells of Haiwaihe oilfield and achieves good result.
