阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂有效期的评价及预测

EVALUATING VALIDITY OF CATIONIC POLYMER CLAY STABILIZER

  • 摘要: 研究了阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂在蒙脱土上的吸附与解吸附规律,并通过对解吸附规律的分析和研究,确定了一种评价阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂稳定粘土矿物有效期的方法和预测阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂稳定粘土矿物时间长短的计算公式,为研制新型阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂和评价、优选粘土稳定剂奠定了基础,同时为确定粘土稳定剂的最佳使用浓度、处理周期提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: A evaluation method on valid period of cationic polymer clay stabilizer to stabilize clay mineral and a formula to predict the period of clay stabilized by cationic polymer clay stabilizer are presented,through researching on the law of adsorption and desorption of cationic polymer clay stabilizer on montmorillonite.It is useful to research new cationic polymer clay stabilizers,evaluating,optimizing clay stabilizer and to determine optimum concentration and dealing period.
