稠油水平井金属纤维筛管完井工艺技术研究

COMPLETION TECHNOLOGY OF METAL FIBER SCREEN CASING IN HORIZONTAL WELL WITH VISCOUS OIL

  • 摘要: 稠油水平开金属纤维筛管完井是一种新的完井方法,经过化学配伍性与机械配伍性的研究,形成了稠油水平开金属纤维筛管完井的配套工艺技术。该技术具有施工工艺简单、操作方便、耐高温、防砂效果好、强度高、寿命长、渗透率大等特点,已在2口水平井中实施。

     

    Abstract: A new completion method using metal screen casing has been applicated in horizontal well with viscous oil.Through research of chemical and mechanical compatibility,a matching completion technology using metal fiber screen casing applicated in viscous oil was formed.This technology had distinguishing features of operating simply,anti-high temperature,sand control,high strength and great permeability.
