钻井卡钻事故预测及诊断专家系统模型的建立与实现

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF STICKING PREDICTION AND DIAGNOSIS EXPERT SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 根据对胜利油田钻井事故的统计分析,发现卡钻是钻井事故中发生率最高,损失时间最多的事故。多数于钻事故发生,一是国现场人员缺乏经验,不能采取有效措施消除隐患;二是事故发生后不能及时采取正确的处理措施,使事故进一步恶化。为此建立了卡钻事故预测及诊断专家系统,只要将基本钻井参数和卡钻前的井场现象输入,专家系统就能给出分析结果和处理措施。

     

    Abstract: Sticking is the most major reason that causes drilling time lost according to statistical analysis of drilling accident of Shengli oilfield.The major reasons to cause sticking is that engineer on site cannot take correct measure to avoid and deal with accident.The sticking prediction and diagnosis expert system are developed to analyze and deal with sticking accident.
