新型钻直井的钻具组合及油田试验结果分析

A NEW BHA USED IN VERTICAL WELL DRILLING TO CONTROL DEVIATION

  • 摘要: 分析了控制钻头侧向力的有效技术途径,阐明了设计钻具组合的基本方法,为钻县组合的综合提供了理论依据。针对钟摆钻具和满眼钻具在防斜纠斜过程中的不足,设计了新型钻直井的柔性防斜纠料钻具,并用纵横弯曲法分析了其力学特性,说明了该钻具的施工工艺特点。试验表明,该钻具能有效地控制井斜,提高机械钻速6倍多。

     

    Abstract: This article analyses the effective path to control bit side forces and shows the basic method of designing that providing theoretical basis for comprehensive analyzing BHA.Against the lack of pendulum and paced hole BHAs in controlling deviation,a new flexible BHA has been designed to control deviation in vertical well and the mechanics character has been analyzed by beam and column method.The test results have shown that new BHA can control hole deviation and increasing penetration rate.
