如何提高柔性钻具强度的探讨

HOW TO IMPROVE STRENGTH OF FLEXIBLE DRILLPIPE

  • 摘要: 根据国家"八五"攻关短半径水平开工具工工艺研究专题,柔性钻具的研究是其中之一。此项研究工作是由大港石油管理局定向井公司和钻采工艺研究院联合进行的。通过方案论证,认为柔性钻具的设计采用割缝形式强度低。这种工具研究的核心是在保证曲率半径6~12m范围内,重点研究如何提高柔性管的强度。其技术关键是,如何确定割缝形状,选择何种钢材、加工工艺、热处理工艺及焊接工艺等,保证工具柔中有刚。通过室内拉、扭及拉扭综合试验,使柔性钻杆达到设计要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduce the development of flexible drillpipe that used in short radius horizontal well. Because flexible drillpipe strength is low when adopting slot process, so improving drillpipe strength focus on determine slot configuration, selecting materias, manufacturing, heating and welding process to assure stem has enough strength to meet the requirement of horizontal well with 6-12 m curvature radius. Through inspecting, the flexible drillpipe achieve design requirement.
